- Provided ongoing support to two leading multinational companies in the tobacco and education sectors in labor and compliance matters, so that their international HR policies are adapted to local law
- Led the legal team advising a start-up in the technology and entertainment sector in Mexico as well as a technology hub in Venezuela
- Provided support to a major healthcare company in a restructuring process, which involved a significant portion of its payroll and was successfully completed
- Defended a major international freight forwarding and logistics company in contentious and litigious cases involving all of its expatriate personnel, reaching a successful resolution for the client
- Has provided ongoing defense to leading entertainment and food companies throughout the country in numerous labor disputes before courts and administrative bodies.
- Provided legal support to the negotiating team of an international food company in the negotiation of the collective bargaining agreement with the union
- Provided support to several companies on the compatibility of their commercial business in Venezuela with the sanctions of the US government and the EU
- Participated as an expert in Venezuelan law, specifically in international contracts, tort liability and labor law, in trials in Illinois and Florida in the US, and in the Tribunal Arbitral Du Sport in Switzerland.
