Lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, he focuses his practice in areas such as economic regulatory law, foreign exchange and commercial and investment arbitration at national and international level. He is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of the Caracas Chamber of Commerce (CACCC). He is currently a professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and Universidad Metropolitana.
