His practice focuses on providing strategic advice to both national and foreign investments, covering key areas such as the exchange control regime, startups, consortia and joint ventures, franchising, dispute management and alternative dispute resolution, as well as in connection with sanctions imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States of America (OFAC).

She works within our firm in the areas of Corporate Law, Competition Law, Tech Law, Real Estate Law, and Civil Law. She also handles matters related to Private International Law, with a particular focus on Commercial Arbitration.

Her experience at the firm encompasses the representation of both individuals and legal entities across various commercial sectors, handling judicial and/or administrative matters involving multiple areas of law.

In addition, as part of a comprehensive advisory approach, she represents, participates in, and advances ongoing litigation before the courts of the Republic. She also guides and supports individuals and businesses in the development of future projects.

He collaborates in the incorporation of civil and commercial companies, including their respective follow-up before registries and notary offices. 

She participates in litigation in civil and labor matters, reviewing files in court, as well as drafting proceedings and other documents. 

In the intellectual property area, she contributes in the process of trademark registration, as well as other procedures before the corresponding agency.

At the legal and jurisprudential regulatory level, he intervenes in investigations in diverse matters, being in constant revision of the most current regulations.
